JeansandFashion.com sends all orders via registered mail. So you have to sign for reception of the package. Shipping costs to the United Kingdom are €9.95. The shipping costs abroad depend on the final destination. The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system of JeansandFashion.com (during shoppingbag-checkout) when selecting the country to which your order must be send.
Orders on working days before 10:00 AM are send out the same day! (if all the items are in stock and ready for direct delivery). Orders placed after 10:00 AM are send the next day. Some of our items have a delivery period of 5-10 working days. This is clearly mentioned in the size bar of the item. The entire order will only be send when it is completed with the item which has a delivery period of 5-10 working days.
The delivery of the package is generally done within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). JeansandFashion.com depends on our delivery service, UPS. In some cases UPS is delayed and it may take some working days before your order is delivered.
You will receive a confirmation of the shipment by email on the working day your order has left our distribution centre. Make sure the return address is marked clearly on the package and do not forget to include the return form! It is best to send the return shipment by registered mail. This option provides a guarantee that the package will be delivered to JeansandFashion.com. You are responsible for the delivery of your return shipment to JeansandFashion.com. We advise you to keep the proof of shipment in a safe place.
